Exchange Eligibility

An exchange is only applicable if you receive a damaged or the wrong product.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at manvexgalaxy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Condition of Product

Product that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.
